At Automateo, we aim to provide the highest quality AI-driven workflow automation services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund terms:
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are only available if no workflows have been executed. Once a workflow has been triggered or credits used, refunds will not be provided for those associated workflows.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@automateo.app within the 7-day window. Include your order details and the reason for your request.
Exceptions:
Refunds are not available for executed workflows or for credits that have already been used in any Automateo process.
Custom or enterprise packages, if applicable, may have specific refund conditions outlined in their agreement.
Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
