At Automateo, we aim to provide the highest quality AI-driven workflow automation services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund terms:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase.

    • Refunds are only available if no workflows have been executed. Once a workflow has been triggered or credits used, refunds will not be provided for those associated workflows.

  2. How to Request a Refund:

    • To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@automateo.app within the 7-day window. Include your order details and the reason for your request.

  3. Exceptions:

    • Refunds are not available for executed workflows or for credits that have already been used in any Automateo process.

    • Custom or enterprise packages, if applicable, may have specific refund conditions outlined in their agreement.

  4. Processing:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
