Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Automateo service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Account Creation and Termination
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a name, email address, and password, or by using Google or GitHub authentication.
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Automateo's Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Automateo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4.2 User-Generated Content
You retain any copyright that you may hold in the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Transmit any material that is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Free and Paid Plans
Automateo offers both free and paid plans. The free plan includes limited usage, while paid plans offer extended usage and features.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account.
6.3 Refunds
Refunds may be available only for subscriptions where no LLM calls have been made through the Service. Once LLM calls are made, we incur costs and cannot offer refunds.
7. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes via email.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Automateo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Serbia.
11. Termination of Service
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes via email. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
13. Third-Party Services
The Service uses Helicone as a proxy to access LLM providers such as OpenAI. Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party services.
